Caption : BHATINDA, 27-04-2012: A view of Guru Gobind Singh Refinery petro chemical plant, a joint venture of HPCL- Mittal Energy worth Rs.18919 Crore, in Bhatinda on April 27, 2012. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is going to dedicate this State-of-the-Art high distillate yielding refinery complex on Saturday, which would produce clean fuel matching Euro IV norms. This refinery is designed to process heavy, sour or acidic crude into MS, HSD, SKO, ATF, LPG, Naphtha, Pet Coke and Sulphur along with food grade hexane, mineral turpentine oil and polypropylene and expected to be mechanically completed by mid of 2012.
