Caption : KOLKATA, 27/06/2011: The State Government officials including the MLA and convenor of Singur Krishi Jami Rakkha Committee, Becharam Manna are measuring the land to return to the farmers on June 27, 2011 at the project site of the controversial small car project at Singur in Hooghly district of West Bengal. The State Governement has decided that today they will hand over the papers of the land to 13 farmers of Gopalnagar village. Meanwhile 1160 uniwilling farmers have filed application to get back their land at Singur Block Development Office till today.
