Madhava Rao called on Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N. Chandrababu Naidu here on June 21, 2011 and requested him to take up the issue of making a special act for complete spending of allocated funds. The delegation explained Naidu how the funds allocated for SCSP and TSP were being diverted or not being spent completely over the years.
