Caption : HYDERABAD. 17/08/2010:- Lungi to Laptops: Commercial truck drivers undergoing training skills to handle a laptop / computer operations, Google Map reading ability which helps them when they are on move from one place to another, at the Transport Training and Development Institute launch first of its kind of initiative for Driver and Transport Employees Training School cum Grooming center at Autonagar on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Tuesday. According to statistics given by Hyderabad Goods Transport Association, over six lakh commercial vehicle drivers in the state of Andhra Pradesh will benefit if they are trained to give them better driving practices which aim to reduce road accidents and improve fuel efficiency which is of paramount importance in Volvo automated lorry.
