Fresh pineapple exports during 2006-07, were at 3785. 05 tonnes , valued at Rs 360,92, 257 compared to 2007-8, 4194.99 tonnes valued at Rs .339, 76, 010. The Major countries which import Fresh fruits from India are U.K, Netherlands, U.A.E, Russia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Nepal. according to Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority.
